Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email when available.

Signature Requirement

For the security of our customers and to help protect against lost or stolen packages, all orders shipped by Rh79 Atelier Co. require an adult signature upon delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

  • Delivery carriers may attempt multiple delivery attempts if no one is available to sign.

  • Packages may be held at a carrier location for pickup if delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

  • Rh79 Atelier Co. is not responsible for delays resulting from failed delivery attempts or the recipient's unavailability.

Once a package has been delivered and signed for at the shipping address provided by the customer, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Shipping Insurance

All orders shipped by Rh79 Atelier Co. are fully insured while in transit until delivery is completed and signed for.

In the event a package is lost or damaged while in transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier and insurance provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

Insurance coverage remains in effect until the package is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer and an adult signature has been obtained.

After a package has been successfully delivered and signed for, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. Rh79 Atelier Co. is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement occurring after delivery has been completed and confirmed by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking, insurance, and adult signature confirmation.

Once carrier records indicate that a package has been delivered and signed for at the address provided during checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Rh79 Atelier Co. is not responsible for claims of non-delivery when carrier tracking and delivery records confirm successful delivery and signature acceptance.

If a package is lost or delayed while in transit, please contact us promptly so that we may assist with initiating an investigation through the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and take photographs of both the package and its contents.
